We inspect at three points: incoming materials, in-line production and pre-shipment.
The pre-shipment inspection follows AQL sampling and produces a written report with photo evidence for every checked defect. Shipping is held until the report is issued and you have approved it.
For regulated products we arrange third-party testing to the standard your market requires, and include the test report in the shipment documents.
