The OS300 is a tractor-mounted air-blast sprayer for orchards, vineyards and berry plantations. A 700 mm axial fan blows the droplets into the canopy so both sides of a tree row are treated in one pass — the reason air-blast coverage is far better than boom sprayers on bushy trees.
The 300 litre PE tank is rinsed through a clean-water tank, and the plunger pump works at 0.3-2.5 MPa with 10-12 ceramic twin-nozzles that resist abrasion from wettable powders. Spray volume and fan angle are set for the row in front of you; agitator keeps suspensions mixed in the tank.
Hitch is Category I three-point, driven by the 540 rpm PTO. Typical buyers are orchard farms, vineyards and agri-service contractors.
