The XHZC-25GF is a compact 25 kVA diesel generator set driven by a Dongfeng Cummins (DCEC) 4B3.9-G11 engine. Rated 20 kW / 25 kVA at 60 Hz / 1800 RPM, it is sized for standby and light prime duty, and is configured for 60 Hz markets (the Americas, the Caribbean and parts of Asia). Typical applications include small workshops, retail shops, telecom cabinets, irrigation pumps and construction sites.
The engine is coupled to a single-bearing brushless alternator with Class H insulation, IP23 protection and AVR voltage regulation, so output stays stable at 220-480 V even with motor starters and variable loads on the line. A Smartgen HGM6110 controller handles automatic start/stop, metering and alarm protection, and the set is started on a 24 V DC electric system.
Two configurations are available: open frame on a steel base fuel tank (approx. 1700 x 900 x 1400 mm) and soundproof canopy (approx. 2200 x 1000 x 1550 mm) with a 200 L base tank. Both share the same engine, alternator and controller, so spare parts and service routines are identical.
