The XHZC-30GF is a compact 30 kVA diesel generator set driven by a Dongfeng Cummins (DCEC) 4B3.9-G12 engine. Rated 24 kW / 30 kVA at 50 Hz / 1500 RPM, it is sized for standby and light prime duty, and is configured for 50 Hz markets (Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and most of South America). Typical applications include small workshops, retail shops, telecom cabinets, irrigation pumps and construction sites.
The engine is coupled to a single-bearing brushless alternator with Class H insulation, IP23 protection and AVR voltage regulation, so output stays stable at 400/230 V even with motor starters and variable loads on the line. A Smartgen HGM6110 controller handles automatic start/stop, metering and alarm protection, and the set is started on a 24 V DC electric system.
Two configurations are available: open frame on a steel base fuel tank (approx. 1800 x 900 x 1400 mm) and soundproof canopy (approx. 2200 x 1000 x 1550 mm) with a 200 L base tank. Both share the same engine, alternator and controller, so spare parts and service routines are identical.
