The XHZC-56GF delivers 45 kW / 56 kVA at 50 Hz / 1500 RPM from a Dongfeng Cummins (DCEC) 4BTA3.9-G2 industrial diesel engine, configured for 50 Hz markets (Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and most of South America). It is the workhorse rating for factories, hotels, farms, cold storage and commercial buildings, covering both standby duty and continuous running at moderate load.
The engine is coupled to a single-bearing brushless alternator with Class H insulation, IP23 protection and AVR voltage regulation, so output stays stable at 400/230 V even with motor starters and variable loads on the line. A Smartgen HGM6110 controller handles automatic start/stop, metering and alarm protection, and the set is started on a 24 V DC electric system.
Two configurations are available: open frame on a steel base fuel tank (approx. 1800 x 900 x 1400 mm) and soundproof canopy (approx. 2400 x 1000 x 1550 mm) with a 240 L base tank. Both share the same engine, alternator and controller, so spare parts and service routines are identical.
