The XHZC-313GF is a heavy-duty 313 kVA generating set rated 250 kW / 313 kVA at 50 Hz / 1500 RPM, built around a Dongfeng Cummins (DCEC) 6LTAA9.5-G1 engine and configured for 50 Hz markets (Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and most of South America). It serves manufacturing plants, data centres, hospitals, mining sites and infrastructure projects where downtime is not an option.
The engine is coupled to a single-bearing brushless alternator with Class H insulation, IP23 protection and AVR voltage regulation, so output stays stable at 400/230 V even with motor starters and variable loads on the line. A Smartgen HGM6110 controller handles automatic start/stop, metering and alarm protection, and the set is started on a 24 V DC electric system.
Two configurations are available: open frame on a steel base fuel tank (approx. 2700 x 1150 x 1800 mm) and soundproof canopy (approx. 3600 x 1600 x 1900 mm) with a 600 L base tank. Both share the same engine, alternator and controller, so spare parts and service routines are identical.
