The XHZC-90GF delivers 72 kW / 90 kVA at 60 Hz / 1800 RPM from a Dongfeng Cummins (DCEC) 4BTA3.9-G11 industrial diesel engine, configured for 60 Hz markets (the Americas, the Caribbean and parts of Asia). It is the workhorse rating for factories, hotels, farms, cold storage and commercial buildings, covering both standby duty and continuous running at moderate load.
The engine is coupled to a single-bearing brushless alternator with Class H insulation, IP23 protection and AVR voltage regulation, so output stays stable at 220-480 V even with motor starters and variable loads on the line. A Smartgen HGM6110 controller handles automatic start/stop, metering and alarm protection, and the set is started on a 24 V DC electric system.
Two configurations are available: open frame on a steel base fuel tank (approx. 1900 x 900 x 1400 mm) and soundproof canopy (approx. 2400 x 1000 x 1550 mm) with a 240 L base tank. Both share the same engine, alternator and controller, so spare parts and service routines are identical.
